RedČAlert is a systems management application designed for medium to large enterprises (MLE) that features system performance monitoring, alert ticketing, network monitoring and an extensive knowledge base, assisting helpdesk operators to effectively resolve system issues. Designed to benefit MLEs running a number of servers (whether Windows, UNIX, Linux or a combination of other systems and devices) with some connectivity to remote sites or the Internet, RedČAlert monitors:
